The 2021 Panini Prizm WNBA set looks to be an amazing follow-on to the 2020 release. This year’s cover girl is none other than reigning WNBA MVP A’ja Wilson, who looks to lead an all-star line-up for this set.

I would like to ask a question regarding the article titled “2021 Panini Prizm WNBA Announced!”
In the section called Cards were expecting to see, the players Dangerfield and Mabrey are mentioned as (First Card) and underneath these players, other players such as Collier and McDonald are mentioned as (Rookie Cards) I was wondering, as far as the card collecting hobby is concerned wouldn’t the first LICENSED appearance product of Dangerfield and Mabrey be considered their rookies? Just wondering. : ) Thank you.
Hey Greg, yes, they would be considered rookie cards by the hobby. The caveat, and why I denoted first year, is because the cards will not have the RC badge because it is not their rookie year (where as players drafted this year are true rookies and their cards will have the RC badging).
