By accessing or using WNBAcards.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WNBAcards.com is a platform that enables users to track their WNBA trading card collections, buy and sell cards through our marketplace, trade cards with other collectors, and access checklists and related content.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Marketplace Rules

When using our marketplace, you agree to:

List only authentic WNBA trading cards that you own and have the right to sell
Accurately describe the condition of your cards
Ship sold items within 2 business days unless otherwise agreed
Use our platform only for legitimate trading card transactions
Not engage in price manipulation, fake bidding, or fraudulent activities

5. Trading Rules

When trading cards through our platform:

Cards involved in active trades are locked for 7-21 days based on value, with instant release on mutual confirmation
Both parties must agree to trade terms before execution
Shipped cards should include tracking information when possible
Disputes should be reported through our platform within 7 days of receiving items

6. Fees and Payments

WNBAcards.com charges a 10% platform fee on marketplace transactions. Payment processing is handled through Stripe, and standard payment processing fees apply. We reserve the right to adjust fees in the future with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

Sell counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized products
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Manipulate search results or marketplace listings
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Scrape or collect data from our platform without permission

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post to WNBAcards.com. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

WNBAcards.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

For disputes between buyers and sellers, we encourage resolution through our platform's dispute system. WNBAcards.com may mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so. For disputes with WNBAcards.com, you agree to first contact us to attempt informal resolution.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
